Maintaining Almond educational quality, building community and raising the necessary funds requires a time commitment from all of us.
As part of Back-to-School Night, we will be looking for commitments for the upcoming school year.
Please come ready to get involved. Check out the Volunteering page under PTA for the large array of volunteer opportunities.

PTA members are eligible to vote on goals, funding, and programs, and can serve as board members.
We invite you to become involved in Almond's PTA and encourage you to attend the meetings.
We discuss PTA programs and projects, approve budgets and get valuable parent feedback – we keep them to one hour or less, so please attend. Please contact the PTA VP of Membership to join.

It takes community financial support to both Almond PTA and LAEF to maintain education quality and programs. Next year, Almond PTA is committed to raising over $300K to augment district funding, supply in-class technology, and augment education programs in music and PE which equates to Almond PTA commitment of almost $850 per student.

We ask that you factor support for these activities into your charitable contributions budget planning.
