Coming from a family of educators, teaching has always been at the center of my world. I am so grateful to be able to continue that tradition within the wonderful Almond community. This is my 7th year teaching in LASD and my fourth year in second grade! I believe in building a close-knit and supportive classroom community in which all learners can grow and succeed together. I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with an English degree, and then earned my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and MA in Teaching from Santa Clara University. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, my husband, my cat Wally, and taking trips to Disneyland! I’m looking forward to an amazing year ahead and am so excited to be your child’s teacher!
