API Scores

Oak is one of the six elementary schools in the Los Altos School District (LASD) . LASD students have some of the highest test scores in the state. In October 2003, the State Department of Education released the growth Academic Performance Index (API), which ranks all public schools in California. Each school and district in California received an index number between 200 and 1,000 with 1,000 being the highest possible score.
